Thursday 31st March 2010 - Support Portal
In the next few days, we will be launching our new support portal. This is part of our Auxilium integrated management system and will provide our clients with live information about each and every support issue they raise with us. This will fill the gap between the support website system (used for planning future work) and our helpdesk system which deals with day-to-day troubleshooting as required.
