Systems Design, Installation and Support
Design
Designing and implementing network systems for clients has been our bread and butter right from the start. Systems should be build with the right compromise of speed, reliability, flexibility, cost and simplicity. Getting all this right takes not just experience but also the ability to listen to a client's requirement and ask questions/make suggestions in plain language. A good understanding of the client's business goals is key to making the system work in the right way.
Installation
After design the most important thing is to make the system reliable and fast to keep everyone happy and the support bills to a minimum. An important part of any installation is good documentation and training so we make sure this is carried out before even contemplating signing the job off as complete.
Support
We provide support either on a basic retainer then pay as you go basis or as a fixed quarterly fee for access to our telephone support line. In addition to this, we provide your business with its own support website which contains all your system documentation, a means to track ongoing work and many more useful facilities. We also strongly encourage our clients to undertake a regular onsite healthcheck and/or shifts and changes visit and provide a discounted hourly rate for agreeing to do so.
