Support and Maintenance
Everybody needs help with IT from time to time and an important part of maintaining your infrastructure is to have help available when you need it at a reasonable, predictable and accountable cost.
We provide support on a basic retainer then pay-as-you go basis or as a fixed quarterly fee for access to our telephone support line. In addition to this, we provide your business with its own support website which contains all your system documentation, a means to track ongoing work and many more useful facilities. We also strongly encourage our clients to undertake a regular onsite healthcheck and/or shifts-and-changes visit and provide a discounted hourly rate for agreeing to do so.
